You will play a key role in the care, rehabilitation, and support of patients, ensuring their healthcare needs are met while adhering to the highest professional standards. This is a role based in Wooroloo, WA. As a Registered Nurse in the Health team, you’ll make a positive impact by: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning for patients Delivering education, counselling, and group work services to promote health improvement Providing risk assessments, treatment options, and care for patients with complex health needs Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care Supporting the clinical supervision of Enrolled Nurses and new staff members Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to facility requirements Serco is a place for you You are a skilled and compassionate nurse with strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to providing high-quality care in a correctional setting.
