A local heritage museum in Launceston is seeking a Customer Service Officer to welcome visitors and manage entry fees at the front counter. This role requires excellent communication skills and ability to handle cash transactions. The Officer will work alongside the Museum Guide to ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Training and supervision will be provided. The museum operates Tuesday to Saturday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. This position is regular, with a commitment of more than 6 months.
