The Position
As a Dealership Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping customers secure tailored finance and insurance solutions. You will drive dealership profitability by offering aftercare products while ensuring compliance and delivering top-tier customer service.
This key leadership position works closely with Dealer Principals and Sales Managers, shaping strategic initiatives and improving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present and secure finance, loan, lease, and insurance products to vehicle buyers.
* Tailor F&I packages to suit customer needs while maximizing dealership revenue.
* Ensure all finance and insurance applications and documentation are accurate and compliant.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Work closely with the Sales Team to identify F&I opportunities and support training.
* Report regularly on finance penetration, insurance sales, and product performance.
* Stay current on regulatory and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
This role is suitable for someone with proven experience in automotive finance & insurance, banking, or lending with a natural customer service and sales approach.
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* High standards of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
* A valid driver's licence.
