Overview
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join a large Mining MSP. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build on their agency recruitment experience and broaden their skills across talent acquisition, contract fulfilment, and workforce delivery in a large, structured environment. You'll work as part of a supportive team on a complex account, gaining exposure to how recruitment operates at scale.
About the role
* Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market insight
* Source and assess candidates across blue‐collar, white‐collar, and technical roles
* Support contractor onboarding, compliance, and mobilisation activities
* Act as a key point of contact for candidates and contractors throughout their lifecycle
* Work closely with Business Partners, mobilisation, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Maintain accurate system records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About you
* Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within agency or contingent workforce environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building skills
* High attention to detail with strong systems capability
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a strong service orientation
