Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

* Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales within a CRO
">
* Demonstrated success in securing small to mid-scale clinical trial contracts and achieving sales targets
">
* In-depth knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial operations
">
* Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex contracts and budgets
">
* Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
">
* Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and manage complex matrixed relationships

* Strategic thinking and commercial awareness

* Executive presence and strong communication skills
