We are looking for an Officer Manager for a full-time permanent position and an immediate start in Alice Springs. Must be willing to relocate to Alice Springs.

Please note: This is not an entry-level position. The Successful applicant must be highly organised and have experience working in a dynamic, fast paced construction or civil construction environment.

You will be responsible for the provision of critical operational support, ensuring the effective functioning of our regional office, along with significant essential logistical assistance to the Managing Director, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other staff.

We are looking for an Office Manager to;

Become the 'go-to' person in the office for all administration tasks including reporting, creating documents or presentations, and database administration.

Significant Human Resources administration for the company including contracts, performance management, appraisals, and EBAs.

Provide support with diary management and scheduling meetings as required for the management team.

Play a proactive role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative and effective change when needed, including systems, policies, and procedures.

Liaising with suppliers and third parties such as IT, Phones, Cleaners etc.

Assist with day-to-day ad-hoc tasks to contribute to the overall running of the business.

Provide support with diary management and scheduling meetings as required for the management team.

Skills and experience required:

Hold a Certificate IV in Business/Administration or equivalent (desirable)

Have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role (essential)

A depth of experience in Human Resources coordination

Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.

Strong skills in the Microsoft Suite

The ability to manage and mentor administration staff.

Equipped with a growth mindset and a can-do attitude, you're not afraid to think outside the box to find solutions.

Fluent in English, and an effective communicator, both written and verbal is essential.

Must have your own transport, as not easily accessible by Public Transport.
