Therole and you:
* Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
* Dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchenequipment
* Ensuring kitchen and food preparation areas are clean andhygienic
* Assisting with stock rotation and storage
* Unloading deliveries and organising stock
* Removing rubbish and maintaining waste managementstandards
* Supporting the catering team during restaurant and functionservice
You will be reliable, physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining high foodsafety and hygiene standards.

* Experience in acommercial kitchen environment (desirable)
* Update yourresume;
* Be eligible to work inAustralia;
* Satisfactory NationalPolice Certificate (on commencement of employment to be withinsix months from date of issue) or willing to obtainone;
