Position Summary
As commercial manager, you will help oversee a major contract that supports the Victorian fines system. You will monitor performance, provide advice and drive service improvements.
Responsibilities
* Analyse contractor performance and identify emerging trends.
* Develop and monitor effective performance measures and service standards.
* Investigate complex compliance issues and recommend improvements.
* Provide strategic advice, reports and briefings to senior leaders.
* Lead regular audits and support service improvements across contracted services.
* Use your contract management skills to improve performance and outcomes.
* Lead audits, investigations and improvement work across a major service contract.
* Work closely with senior leaders and influence important decisions.
* Help shape services that support Victoria's fines system.
Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience, highly regarded.
* Significant experience in contract management and performance monitoring.
* Strong critical thinking and problem‐solving skills.
* The ability to lead continuous improvement and strategic planning.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
Salary
Annual salary range: $142,790 – $191,084, plus super.
