**Job Title:** Network Support Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our customers and internal stakeholders.
* Serving as an escalation point for complex network issues, working collaboratively with business leaders, IT staff, and MSPs to resolve problems.
* Driving strategy and modeling technical troubleshoot methods for agents to follow, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
* Investigating customer contacts, identifying unique and complex networking issues, and supporting T1, T2, and T3 Agents in resolving these issues.
* Visiting customer and partner locations to diagnose, repair, and install complex eero networks, as well as mentoring CX Agents on customer issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 4+ years of software development or technical support experience.
* Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
* Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications, UNIX/Linux operating systems, and RESTful web API calls.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to document findings effectively.
