We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Dish Preparation: Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our culinary vision, focusing on consistency and excellence in presentation, taste, and texture.
* Menu Development: Assist in menu development, bringing creativity and innovation to our restaurant offerings, working closely with the Food and Beverage team.
* Food Safety: Contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensure accurate daily record keeping, adhering to our Food Safety program and standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury hotel, commercial kitchen, or restaurant, along with trade qualifications and a passion for creativity and innovation.
