About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent role based four days a week out of an inner-city office and one day from home.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of day-to-day financial accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across the business.
Work closely with the finance team to deliver month-end and year-end results, prepare reconciliations, manage journals, and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Refine processes, improve system efficiency, and strengthen internal controls as the business expands across e-commerce and wholesale channels.
Assist with US tax and consolidation reporting under guidance of senior leaders.
Report directly to the Finance Manager and ensure financial outcomes align with the company's strategic and operational goals.
About You
Capable and hands-on financial accountant with around two to three years' experience, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or a fast-moving consumer environment.
Confident handling core accounting responsibilities and enjoys finding ways to make processes more efficient while contributing to broader finance projects.
Experience with NetSuite an advantage but not essential.
Proactive, curious, collaborative, strong communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-growing, ever-evolving business.
