As an Accounts Officer – Invoice Data Entry, you will play a key role with high-volume Accounts Payable data entry supporting the My Plan Support team. This exciting opportunity requires a highly detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our Plan Administration team. The primary focus of this position is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry in a timely manner when entering invoices for NDIS participants. You will have the opportunity to work hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, which may vary due to business requirements. Your training will be in the first 2 weeks with full-time time in the office, followed by hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
* High-volume Accounts Payable data entry.
* Support the Plan Administration team by entering invoices for NDIS participants.
* Maintain a high level of detail focus.
* Assist the Team Leader and other team members with any ad hoc work as needed.
* Complete all tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with MMSG's compliance obligations.

* Professional, clear, and articulate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable.
* Ability to interpret numerical data and complex information to complete required tasks.
* Proven problem-solving skills and proactive questioning to confirm understanding.
* Excellent time management skills, especially the ability to effectively manage a pipeline of activity.
* The desire to work in a team environment toward common goals, contribute to the team and communicate appropriately.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS‑Teams.
