Your Role
You will join an already well developed and dynamic team of Service professionals who have a great sense of pride in providing customers all over the Riverina reliable Service support.
Depending upon qualification levels (From 1st year apprentice to fully qualified technicians) your roles will vary anywhere from the following:
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults on a range of agricultural machinery
• Carry out servicing, repairs, overhauls and adjustments to tractors, harvesters and related equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals and diagnostic reports
• Assemble, fit and install new components and accessories
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure machinery is safe and operating to specification
• Maintain accurate service records, job cards and parts usage
• Liaise with customers and the service manager regarding work required, timeframes and costs
• Support apprentices and other workshop staff where required
You Will Need To Have:
• Trade qualification as a mechanic, fitter or similar, or equivalent overseas qualification
• At least 3 years recent experience working with agricultural, heavy diesel or similar machinery
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and basic electrical systems
• Ability to work independently, prioritise jobs and meet deadlines in a busy workshop
• Good communication skills and a strong focus on safety and quality
• Current drivers licence (HR or forklift licence an advantage)
Remuneration
A salary in the range of $90,000 to $105,000 per annum plus superannuation will be offered, depending on skills and experience Reasonable overtime and on-call work may be required during peak seasons and will be paid in accordance with legislation and company policy
