AO6 Senior Engagement Officer (Part-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Officer (AO6) to join the Customer Experience & Engagement function within the Marketing & Research Team. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity working 21.45 hours per week (3 days, Monday to Friday).
This role supports the delivery of a high-profile lifestyle advertising campaign focused on influencing public behaviour and encouraging participation in surveillance, reporting, treatment, and compliance activities. The campaign plays an important role in protecting Queensland's outdoor lifestyle.
The role is designed with flexibility in mind and may take on additional projects during peak periods to ensure campaign priorities and outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee communication and marketing strategies that influence behaviour
* Apply best-practice marketing and communication approaches to achieve measurable outcomes and KPIs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Lead and manage campaign research projects, including analysis and reporting of findings
* Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
* Identify and manage sensitive or contentious issues that may pose reputational risk
Highly Desirable
* Experience working within the Queensland Government advertising and communication framework
* Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, or research
