Senior Clinical Nurse - Casual Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our casual team. This opportunity allows you to work flexible shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, and provides a generous conditions package.
The successful candidate will work closely with our care management, clinical, and care teams to provide high-quality patient care on a shift-by-shift basis. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing residents who are acutely unwell or require nursing interventions.
* Supporting the care team to ensure safe and resident-centered care.
* Liaising with families and health practitioners.
* Documenting care needs and interventions.
This role offers regular education, mentoring, and CPD opportunities to support your professional growth and development. You will be supported by a dedicated onsite service and clinical management team, and have access to onsite clinical specialists, education support, and clinical governance staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An interest in making a positive difference to others.
* A desire to work with older adults.
* An interest in working collaboratively as part of a positive team environment.
* Registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
* Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
* National police clearance.
