Offer description

We're Australian Health & Therapy Group (AHTG) – home to Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy, Tashacare, and Avina. With over 400 therapists supporting thousands of Australians across VIC, NSW, SA, and QLD, we're passionate about doing work that matters.

At Therapy Pro, we believe great therapy starts with you — your strengths, your passions, and your wellbeing. That's why we've built a workplace where you can design your role, define your success, and deliver therapy that truly changes lives. We're currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and support individuals of all ages with meaningful, person‑centred care in Brisbane South.

Why Join Us

* Attractive, transparent salary package – including competitive base salary, performance bonus structure, professional development allowance, kilometer reimbursement, and super.
* True flexibility – design your day, manage your own calendar, work from home for planning/admin, and stay local with a hybrid community + telehealth model.
* Admin support for new client onboarding, so you can focus on clinical impact—not paperwork.
* Paid parental leave for all parents, supporting families of every shape and stage.
* Award‑winning paediatric practice (3x Australian Disability Service Award winner for Best Early Intervention Program) for those working with children and families.
* Connection budget to bring your team together—whether for coffee catch‑ups, reflective practice, or wellbeing activities.
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential wellbeing support whenever you need it.
* Structured onboarding tailored to your experience level, including shadowing, ramp‑up support, and a dedicated New Graduate Program for early career therapists.
* Multiple supervision streams – enjoy 1:1 supervision, peer collaboration, MDT support, and rich cross‑disciplinary learning with OTs, SPs, Social Workers, Psychologists, and BSPs.
* Built‑in clinical quality assurance: All reports are reviewed by a Senior or Team Lead to support your development and ensure high clinical standards.
* Genuine professional growth pathways, including leadership opportunities, advanced practice options, and ongoing PD funded through your annual allowance.
* Join a team that genuinely values purpose, people, and flexibility—and gives you the autonomy to do your best work while staying deeply supported.

What You'll Do

* Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based therapy across homes, schools, community settings and via telehealth, supporting a diverse NDIS, Medicare, and private client base.
* Complete functional assessments, provide therapeutic intervention, and produce high‑quality clinical reports that genuinely influence client outcomes.
* Prescribe assistive technology, recommend home modifications, and champion functional independence in meaningful daily activities.
* Work collaboratively with families, support networks, educators, and your multidisciplinary colleagues to create coordinated, holistic supports.
* Manage a caseload local to you (within 40 minutes of home), with a balanced structure of community visits and remote admin—plus a sustainable 5 billable hours per day model.
* For early‑career therapists, benefit from our dedicated New Graduate Program, combining mentoring, learning modules, and protected time to grow confidently.

What You'll Bring

* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain it).
* Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits.
* Confidence working independently in the community, with strong self‑management and the ability to adapt to the needs of each client and family.
* A warm, client‑centred approach and a passion for shaping therapy around each person's unique goals and strengths.
* Great communication skills and a commitment to collaborating with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teammates.
* A growth mindset — curiosity, eagerness to develop clinically, and a love of continuous learning.
* Whether you're a new graduate, returning to the workforce, or an experienced clinician, we'll meet you where you're at and support you to thrive.
