Position
We have an amazing opportunity for a Guest Service Agent with an eagerness to learn to join our growing team at Nesuto Docklands for a full-time position.
This role will be involved in all aspects of hotel front desk operations at Nesuto's expansion into the Victorian market.
Nesuto Docklands is a $100m new build property located in Melbourne's The District Docklands and will celebrate its two-year anniversary in February ****.
The 211 key Apartment Hotel features 58 × 1-bedroom, 20 × 2-bedroom and 133 premium apartments.

Key Responsibilities
Operating all aspects of the hotel front desk operations.
Assisting with reservations and enquiries as required.
Working efficiently with our maintenance and outsourced housekeeping teams to ensure the property is presented to the highest standard.
Superb communication skills when interacting with guests, clients, team members and suppliers.
Handling guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Striving to improve the property's operations and finding efficiencies in processes.
Ensuring security is effectively managed at all times.
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
Reporting on all aspects of day-to-day operations to Duty Managers and the Hotel Manager.
Ideal Candidate
Have local knowledge.
Be familiar with Melbourne sights and attractions and have a thirst to gain knowledge of local dining, entertainment and events.
Be tech savvy.
With a passion to learn and understand the latest technologies.

Qualifications
1 year of experience in a similar level role
First Aid Certificate
RSA Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
