Currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Internal Sales/Sales Administrator
to join the team. This is a dynamic role that involves delivering outstanding customer service to a loyal customer base while supporting the broader sales and operations team. No two days are the same, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and taking ownership of their role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person
* Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships
* Develop a strong understanding of steel products and service offerings
* Accurately process orders, quotes, and invoices
* Handle front desk duties and general office administration
* Conduct product research and assist with stock takes
* Stay informed of market trends and contribute to sales initiatives

Skills & Experience Required:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service within industrial, construction, or steel-related sectors
* Completion of Year 12 (VCE or equivalent)
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
* Confident with numbers and accurate with data entry
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general admin systems
* High attention to detail and excellent time management
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
