You are capable of working on several tasks at same time and have previous retail or operations experience. As our store trades 7 days a week, you have the ability to work a rotating roster which includes early mornings, late nights and weekends.
**Responsibilities**:
As Product Recovery & Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Lead the team with a focus on putting the customer first in everything you do within the store.
- Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the Product Recovery, Quality & Compliance process.
- Set goals, measurements for Product Recovery, Quality & Compliance (PQR&C) and constantly strive for improving the ability of the store to perform daily tasks in accordance with set rules and guidelines
- Lead, coach and manage co-workers to secure competence development and succession planning.
- Responsible for leading the Product Recovery, Quality and Compliance processes in the store and ensuring that the team takes the correct actions as per IKEA Australia working methods in a timely matter.
- Present IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store.
- Secure sustainable ways of working throughout the whole Product Recovery, Quality & Compliance process.
