Architecture Lecturer Opportunity
The School of Engineering, Design & Built Environment seeks an Associate Lecturer in Architecture to contribute to our academic community and advance the discipline.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in teaching, research, and student supervision. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging courses, enhance their research portfolio, and collaborate on innovative projects.
This is a full-time, ongoing position at Western Sydney University's Parramatta City Campus. Occasional travel to other campuses may be required.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate excellence in teaching and a strong commitment to developing your research profile. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering high-quality teaching programs
* Enhancing research capabilities and scholarship outcomes
* Contributing to the School's research initiatives
* Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students
Eligibility criteria include being an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, holding a Master's degree or demonstrated substantial completion towards a higher qualification, and not having previously held an ongoing position with an Australian Higher Education provider in the previous 3 years.
Remuneration Package: Academic Level A $112,718 to $136,180 p.a., comprising Salary of $95,248 to $115,074 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading.
