The opportunity has come up to join our growing support and services team in this exciting Sydney based role working with our valued business customers to support their end users and IT environment on site with onsite field services work.

Onsite support role
Location Sydney metro area
The key points of responsibility, this will vary for each field services engagement:
· Provide end user support for customer's employees, including education on applications, operations and functionality. Particularly around Windows 11 migration projects
· Maintain and support IT hardware and infrastructure - including setup, install, relocations, asset management, meeting room software and hardware, cable management, networking equipment setup, configuration and build of new equipment deprovisioning as required.
Skills required:
• Hardware setup and install including, desktop equipment, basic networking, end Points Windows 10/11 Experience (including laptop build and wiping)
• Apple iPhone/iPad
• O365 – suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.
• M365 – Intune, Defender, AD, Account management etc
• General trouble shooting experience with Networking, Printing (Inc printing in the cloud), Video Conferencing (Logitech, Poly, Yealink)
• Ticket Logging and resolution – Level 1/2 may be required for some engagements
Our ideal candidate:
· Previous experience operating in a Level 1.5-2 IT support role with customer facing field services
· Experience in the skills listed above.
· Strong communications skills and good personal presentation
· Able to work independently and in collaboration with key stakeholders
* Be able to provide training to staff as required
