Role Description

We are seeking multiple experienced Business Development Specialists (Sales Focus) to support business growth through client acquisition and partnership development. Reporting directly to the management team, you will represent Zephyr Marketing in engaging enterprises, supported by a seasoned IT and marketing team delivering integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Indentify and develop new business opportunities
* Actively prospect and engage potential clients (B2B / B2C)
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing
* Achieve the monthly KPI
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
* Demonstrate a proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

What we're looking for

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent English in communication, second language will be a bonus
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
* At least 2 years sales / BD experience
* Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
* Understanding of digital marketing services is highly preferred
