Opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to work for a Not-for-Profit Organisation.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the People, Quality and Systems Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide effective and compliant human resources administration services to the workplace team. This position will be required to deliver high quality customer service, build strong working relationships across the organisation and positively promote the organisation at all times. Other duties include but are not limited to;
- Undertake Human Resource administration tasks such as Employment Contracts, maintaining Human Resource files, both hard and soft, updating Skills Matrix/LMS, updating and monitoring of essential employment elements such as WWVP expiry dates, NDIS Worker Orientation Modules and essential licensing requirements held within the ENTO HR system.
- Drafting Policy and Procedural documents.
- Provide administration support to the WHS Working Group where required for the effective running of the committee.
- Maintaining document control including the publishing and distribution of new or updated documents within the PQSM team area.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide essential customer service both internally and externally.
- High level communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills including good teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated experience and competency using MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- A clear national police check, current Working with Vulnerable People card and pre-employment medical that meet the requirements of the organisation.
- Maintaining a current driver's licence is a requirement of this role.
