Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Directors and Project Managers, you will play a key role in the commercial administration and delivery of civil construction projects from commencement through to final completion.
This role is suited to someone who has strong contract administration experience within the civil construction industry and understands the fast-paced nature of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Contract administration and project commercial management
* Preparing, assessing, and managing progress claims and variations
* Reviewing subcontractor claims, invoices, and purchase orders
* Procurement and subcontract administration
* Cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management
* Assisting with project programming and delivery coordination
* Managing project documentation and contractual correspondence
* Supporting compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
About You
* Previous experience in a Contract Administrator role within civil construction
* Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts and project delivery
* Experience with variations, progress claims, and subcontract management
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management systems
