Your new role
As IT Project Manager, you will lead a major program of work end-to-end over a 12-month period designed to fundamentally transform CMV Group. This will include coordinating all phases of this critical project, managing resources, risks, and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements. The position will predominantly be based at CMV Group's Head Office in Wayville, with frequent local and interstate travel to ensure alignment at priority sites.
What you'll be doing
* Developing and executing project plans, including definition of governance structures and stakeholder mapping
* Overseeing change management, including by establishing a program champion network
* Leading unified communication, such as by facilitating town halls and soliciting feedback
* Tracking, reporting on, and analysing key project metrics and targets (eg. adoption)
* Applying recognised project management frameworks (eg. PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc)

* Extensive proven delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide IT transformation projects
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, including those in other states
* Strong ability to achieve buy-in across an organisation, including communication and coaching
* Demonstrated prioritisation, organisation and time management skills at pace
