Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including integrations via REST APIs or custom scripts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.)
* Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects
* Maintain up-to-date solution lifecycle artefacts, SOPs, and delivery frameworks in line with sales and delivery guidelines
* Act as a trusted advisor, participate in workshops and co-design exercises, and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 5+ years' experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation and IT Outsourcing initiatives
* Strong Application development and integration experience
* Solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS development skills
* Strong knowledge across several SNOW modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.
* Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills
* Experience in Managed Services Provider or Systems Integrator / Consulting environments highly regarded
* Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.
