About the Role
As a Full‐Time Chef at Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange, you will deliver high‐quality meals, showcase local produce, and create a memorable dining experience for hotel guests in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menu offerings.
* Use fresh, local ingredients to craft innovative, seasonal dishes.
* Ensure kitchen operations are efficient, organized, and comply with food safety regulations.
* Assist with inventory management and stock control.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.
* Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
* Contribute to the overall food and beverage strategy to enhance the guest experience.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen (preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting).
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* A passion for creating high‐quality, seasonal dishes.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality (preferred).
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
