**About the role
Deliver advanced level Audiology clinical services and leadership across a broad range of clinical services within the Audiology team and multi-disciplinary team contexts. Provide advanced level clinical and management advice, support and guidance regarding Audiology and hearing health to all Audiologists and relevant managers in the West Moreton Health. Contribute to the advancement of Audiology, Hearing Healthcare and Multidisciplinary services across West Moreton Health through the provision of clinical leadership for service development, quality improvement, education and research activities along with clinical advisory capacity for Healthy Hearing and School Based Health Nurse team regarding hearing healthcare.
About you
Demonstrated advanced level of knowledge, expertise and skill in delivery of clinical Audiology and hearing healthcare services to complex clients where established principles, procedures and methods require some expansion, adaptation or modification.
Demonstrated advanced negotiation, advocacy, consultation, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills, and high level ability to provide advice to senior managers and other stakeholders on service needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate, monitor and report on activity within the Audiology profession and provide the day-to-day management of a professional service.
Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to the strategic direction for Audiology, including the driving of best practice service delivery models, change management processes and the integrating of clinical initiatives into practice across West Moreton Health.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
