Key responsibilities include providing hands-on user support, troubleshooting, and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IP phones.
The role involves networking tasks within a Cisco environment, supporting both IT and OT environments, and assisting with technical issues across networking, storage, and hosting systems.
