Flexible, Part-Time Shifts
* Hours: We offer ultimate FLEXIBILITY – whether you want to work week-days, school hours, weekends and/or sleepovers – or a combination of all – we will work with you to help you achieve your work-life balance.
* NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED: We will hire you for your caring and reliable attitude and support you in gaining skills and experience required to become a great support worker. Enjoy a fully paid induction and ongoing training, including support to complete your Certificate III in Individual Support.

CLA is the leading provider of interactive COMMUNITY and SOCIAL activities for our participants, allowing our Support Workers to give back to the Community – all while being rewarded for their work.
