Responsibilities
* Provide planning and roadmap development for digital initiatives.
* Lead and manage program and project delivery efforts, focusing on scope, dependencies and risks.
* Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts.
* Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
* Develop governance frameworks, policies and standards for consistency.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development.
Qualifications
* Broad experience across Business, Experience and Technology domains.
* Proficiency and certifications in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile.
* Familiarity with business and process analysis methodologies such as IIBA.
* Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA.
* Strong understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Robust financial and business acumen with experience managing large budgets and project teams.
