Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour is Accor’s flagship in the region. Perfectly located in the heart of Darling Harbour and boasting stunning views of the Sydney skyline, we offer 750+ rooms and a contemporary hospitality experience shared between Novotel and Ibis. Our signature dining space, The Ternary, brings together the flair of live cooking with stylish ambience and we’re looking for a talented Casual Barista to be part of it.
Job Description

Qualifications
* Create and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages with flair
* Deliver professional, engaging service in line with Accor standards
* Upsell menu and beverage items using your product knowledge
* Maintain cleanliness, stock control, and presentation of the bar
* Follow RSA guidelines and hotel liquor licensing policies
* Contribute to a fun, supportive team culture in The Ternary
