Join Our Team!

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Patient Liaison Officer to join our team and help keep our admissions process running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, working closely with patients and our clinical team to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities

- Complete admission paperwork and enter information into our systems
- Follow up on deferred admissions to keep patients on track
- Correct and update patient data as needed
- Liaise directly with patients, providing guidance and support

Key Skills And Qualities

- Experience in a paper‑light admissions process is highly desirable
- Availability on Mondays is essential; the rest of the week is negotiable (within business hours)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, patient‑focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively
