We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and lead the day-to-day operations of our pubs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a motivational and inspiring leader, bringing a positive can-do attitude
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue - open/close, recruitment and training, rostering, ordering & stock control, health and safety, resolve disputes/conflicts, and attend to all customer requirements
* Bring your passion for hospitality and lead the team to create a pub experience locals love
* Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives. Work alongside the venue manager to plan and execute functions, events and key dates
Requirements:
* Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food and bars
* Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
* Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
* Highly developed customer service skills
* Qualifications for your journey: RSA and Approved Manager (we can assist you in obtaining your Approved Manager licence)
