We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a high-performing Federal Government Agency within the intelligence and law-enforcement domain. This role will see you supporting multiple projects across complex systems, contributing to the delivery of secure, mission-critical technology platforms. This opportunity offers an initial 12-month contract with 2 x 12-month extension options based in Canberra with hybrid working arrangements.
The Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Designing, reviewing and executing manual and automated test cases across multiple concurrent projects
* Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases and test reports
* Analysing system and business requirements to ensure complete test coverage and traceability
* Managing and reporting defects using tools such as JIRA
The Senior Test Analyst will have experience in the following:
* Proven experience delivering complex system testing across web, desktop, mainframe, web services and SQL databases
* Strong background in requirements analysis, test planning, execution and reporting
* Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
* Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools, ideally Tricentis Tosca
* Experience working in highly secure or regulated government environments
* ISTQB certification & Tricentis Tosca automation certification (Highly advantageous)
