About the Role
We're looking for a
Valuation Support Officer
to join our National Sales - Industrial team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to our Valuations team, ensuring smooth delivery of valuation assignments and exceptional client service. From managing files and tracking revenue to assisting with client relationships, you'll play a key part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our valuation processes.
What You'll Do
* Provide administration support for the Valuations team, including file preparation and invoicing.
* Assist with formal valuation files and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
* Monitor revenue tracking and invoice payments weekly.
* Respond to internal and external valuation inquiries and direct them to the right team members.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
* Support project management of valuation assignments to meet deadlines.
* Manage sale administration, account setup in SAP, and manual invoicing.
* Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
Who You'll Work With
* Internal:
Industrial administration team, Senior Valuers, Heads of Valuations, Sales, and Advisory.
* External:
Banks, lawyers, major corporates, brokers, insolvency practitioners, and potential new clients.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a valuations support role (desirable).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organisation or equivalent industry experience.
* Essential:
Current driver's license.
