Centre: Goodstart Dubbo - Wheelers Lane — We offer quality early learning programs, as well as accredited Kindergarten and Preschool programs across Australia. We are looking for like-minded professionals who are committed to making a difference in children's lives across the state of New South Wales.
Responsibilities
* Help provide the best start to a child's life. Make a lasting impact while growing an incredible career
* Be a team player, collaborating with peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve educational programs
* Put safety first in all learning experiences and ensure inclusivity to meet the needs of all children
Qualifications
* Senior Educator - Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Leadership to engage with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
* Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Ability to share best practice to improve the education program
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
