We are seeking a skilled professional to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our State Manager and teams to ensure every site meets our high standards and every client is kept informed, satisfied, and engaged.
As a Client Account Manager, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients. You will be responsible for coordinating timely delivery of landscape maintenance services, conducting regular site visits and client walk-throughs, preparing and submitting enhancement proposals and quotations, monitoring job site quality, and resolving service issues proactively.
You will also support operational teams in achieving performance and budget targets, ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental standards, promoting sustainability and corporate responsibility, and fostering a supportive and professional workplace.
