As a key member of the Gender Equity & Inclusion team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact analysis that informs policy, programs and accreditation submissions.
Responsibilities:
* Analyse staff and student data across recruitment, retention, progression and research participation through an intersectional gender lens.
* Provide evidence-based insights to inform senior leadership decision-making and strategy.
* Support major initiatives including Athena Swan accreditation, Workplace Gender Equality Agency reporting, and Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Service submissions.
* Develop reports and visualisations that demonstrate progress towards organisational goals in equity and inclusion.
* Collaborate with Colleges and Portfolios to co-design analytics that address key challenges and opportunities.
