Job Title: Community Registered Nurse

The role involves providing clinical advice and support to clients and referrals to services where more specialized support/advice may be required. You will work closely with local allied health professionals to facilitate responsive care in our clients homes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with current AHPRA Div 1 Nursing registration
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Community, Commonwealth Home Support or District Nursing
* Team player, flexible in your approach to work with a positive outlook
* Endorsed for Continence Assessments and Prescription (highly desirable)
