Job Description

Under the direction of the Chief Growth Officer, the Senior Manager of Provider Solutions will lead a high-performing sales team focused on supporting and expanding AssistRx technology solutions for healthcare providers (HCPs). This individual will oversee both the account executives and provider solutions specialists, driving platform adoption and engagement, managing operational execution, tracking and reporting on all team KPIs, and aligning sales efforts with organizational growth goals.

Experience: Extensive experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms.

Responsibilities include:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
2. Manage a team of 6 (3 Account Executives and 3 Provider Success Specialists).
3. Set clear goals and expectations, coach performance, and support career development.
4. Monitor daily operations to ensure effective team performance and accountability.
5. Support CRM strategy with commercial operations leadership.
1. Sales Strategy & Growth
2. Own and execute strategies to drive adoption and expansion of our HCP-facing products.
3. Create and maintain sales enablement resources and best practices.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform campaigns and roadmaps based on field feedback.
1. Compensation & Incentives
2. Design and manage commission structures aligned with business priorities.
3. Track performance metrics and payouts; adjust plans as needed to optimize results.
1. Territory & Account Management
2. Oversee territory alignment and ensure optimal coverage of key market segments.
3. Support equitable distribution of leads and opportunities to drive performance.
1. Reporting & Forecasting
2. Develop regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
3. Analyze trends to support proactive decision-making and improve retention and conversion.
4. Report on key metrics including team productivity, provider engagement, and platform growth.
1. Retention & Attrition Management
2. Monitor usage and engagement to proactively reduce attrition.
3. Develop retention strategies and workflows to maintain high satisfaction and ROI for providers.

Requirements

* 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or SaaS.
* Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams.
* Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
* Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
* Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans.

Qualifications

* Experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms.
* Background in managing multi-channel sales efforts (digital, phone, in-person).
* Understanding of provider workflows and the healthcare ecosystem.
* Bachelor's degree.
