The Gateways Support Services vision is to provide support for children and adults with a disability and their families to maximise their quality of life. In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers. At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below: Line A – 33.5 hours Week 1 Thursday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours) Friday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours) Sunday 9am – 1pm (4 hours) Wednesday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours) Week 2 Thursday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover Friday 6:30am-9am (2.5 Hours) Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours) Line B – 31.5 hours Week 1 Thursday 7:30am – 9:45am (2.25 hours) Saturday 4:45pm – 10pm (5.25 hours) & sleepover Sunday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours) Monday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours) Week 2 Friday 2:45pm – 8:45pm (6 hours) Monday 3pm – 10pm (7 hours) & sleepover Tuesday 6:30am – 9am (2.5 hours) Let’s talk about you!
