Our client URGENTLY requires an IP Contract Specialist for a 9 months + Contract in Sydney.
The IP Contract Specialist will audit, analyse, and document accuracy of Export Authorisation documentation to ensure business practices and records are accurate.
You will maintain and provide ongoing quality assurance on appropriate Export Control records and documentation in accordance with the Program policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Audit, analyse, and document accuracy of Export Authorisation documentation to ensure business practices and records are accurate.
Maintain and provide ongoing quality assurance on Export Control records and documentation in accordance with Program policies and procedures.
Manage the administration of licenses, permits, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs) and other export and/or import authorisations.
Identify, report, remediate and manage risks identified in relation to Tech Data requests, such as schedule impact.
Qualifications
Intellectual Property (IP) Law Degree is preferred.
Experience dealing with complex contractual agreements.
Manage the application of Export/Import policies and procedures and Tech Data requests across different contracts and stakeholders.
Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
