Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Performance Coordinator to join our People & Performance team at our Corporate Head Office in Stapylton. This full-time role plays a key part in supporting HR operations by providing efficient and professional coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, learning & development, compliance, and employee engagement activities. You\'ll help keep our HR function running smoothly, enabling the broader team to focus on strategic priorities.
About the Role
As the People & Performance Coordinator, you\'ll be responsible for:
* Supporting recruitment activities, including job ads, interview scheduling, reference checks, contracts, and onboarding packs.
* Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
* Maintaining HRIS data, personnel files, and generating regular HR reports.
* Providing payroll support by checking timesheets, leave forms, and employee setup information.
* Assisting with learning & development activities, including training bookings, attendance tracking, and compliance follow-ups.
* Supporting HR policy and process updates, documentation, and communications.
* Tracking compliance requirements and assisting with internal and external audits.
* Coordinating engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
* Managing the shared HR inbox, handling HR-related invoices, processing purchase orders, and overseeing general administration.
About You
To be successful in this role, you\'ll have:
* 1–3 years\' experience in an HR Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline (preferred).
* Experience with HRIS or payroll systems (desirable).
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
