Job Summary
A dedicated and passionate dental assistant is required to provide essential reception and dental assisting support, ensuring smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain infection control, sterilisation procedures, and manage client records with confidentiality. Additionally, they will be able to work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations and develop processes to improve clinic efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support and perform general office duties
* Maintain infection control and sterilisation procedures
* Manage client records and maintain confidentiality
* Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations
* Develop and implement processes to improve clinic efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience in chair-side dental assistance, infection control, and reprocessing reusable medical devices
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and work independently
* Solid customer service experience and proficiency in administrative tasks, including using Microsoft Office and maintaining clinical systems
* In-depth knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, procedures, and contemporary infection control and sterilisation practices
