We are seeking a dynamic and results driven National Business Development Manager. This is a newly created role and is varied and hands on where you're expected to spend most of our time out visiting customers, driving business development to deliver exceptional service and business growth.

AUSPERL is a privately owned Australian based mineral processing business with a 24/7 processing facility in Padstow, NSW and 3PL distribution from central locations nationwide. Our clients are some of the largest businesses in Australia and include wineries, breweries, refineries, industrial manufacturers, mining companies, horticulturalists and operators of the largest aquatic centres (to name a few). The role involves engaging with a very wide community and stakeholders at all levels.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Undertake all aspects of customer relationship management (including regular travel to customer locations).
* Undertake all aspects of business and market development as well as supporting the development of new market areas.
* Drive business development and sales growth in Australia, focusing on large scale clients, existing customer channels, and new market opportunities across key sectors including but not limited to horticulture, agriculture, wineries, aquatics, construction, industry, and food manufacturing.
* Be a key part of sales management systems, processes, and best practices to ensure that we offer a competitive and exemplary service to our customers.
* Be responsible for sales budgets for existing and new business.
* Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure that quality and timely service is provided.
* Update internal systems.
* Build a portfolio of clients and deals using CRM HubSpot.
* Preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Complete other ad hoc tasks, as and when required.
