About the role: Reporting to the Nursing Director ,some of your duties for the role will include: Ensure the effective management of human, financial and physical assets within the unit through appropriate planning and allocation of resources to achieve agreed business and strategic plans Lead and coordinate the development and evaluation of clinical protocols, standards, policies and procedures Provides leadership and direction, acts as a role model, mentor, consultant and resource person Integrate contemporary information and evidence with personal experience to support the decision making, innovative thinking and objective analysis that are expected at this level About you: Demonstrated leadership qualities including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation Demonstrated highly developed report writing and oral presentation skills Experience as a leader or manager in the health care industry Experience in liaison with large numbers of staff from various multidisciplinary backgrounds Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
