Overview
(Australian Experience) Sr. Business Development Manager – Remote position.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and turning prospects into long-term partnerships. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to tailor solutions that meet client needs, negotiate deals, and contribute directly to our growth goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities to fuel company growth and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Lead generation cold-calling and manage email campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to tailor service offerings that align with client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to foster trust and repeat business.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure win-win agreements and maximize business value.
- Monitor market trends and track sales performance, adjusting strategies proactively to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
- At least five (5) years of solid experience in business development and sales
- Must have experience in Australian BDM market setting
- Must have experience in C-level facing
- Experience with Hubspot preferred
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills with comprehension
- Presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
