What You'll Be Doing: In this varied role, you'll: Be the main point of contact for drivers for all non-dispatch issues including managing the payroll time sheet process for operations and cleaners, oversee and action driver shift surveys, and enacting depot wide education campaigns.
Assume responsibility for depot administration tasks including managing the leave register, building driver rosters, processing charter bookings, ensuring licence compliance.
Incident investigating including, customer complaints, Busways Occurrence Reports, and reviewing CCTV footage as necessary.
Ensure operational consistency with our national operating frameworks.
Assume responsibility for the achievement of contractual and internal KPIs.
Coaching team members and developing their performance, offering feedback and demonstrating the desired skills and expected work ethic within your team What You'll Bring: Demonstrated Operations knowledge including service delivery, rostering, incident management, performance management, employee relations, complaint handling, work, health and safety, inclusion and diversity.
Leadership capability, experience and demonstrated capacity to coach others.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in Australia.
