Hudson has partnered with a large government agency and is seeking customer service professionals to join their contact centre.
In the role you will provide high quality generalist service to customers' enquiries in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner and complete the ad-hoc admin duties required.
**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Assist with customers' enquiries and provide resolution
- Create a positive customer interaction, maintaining a skilled and friendly manner
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of operating practices and procedures
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience (Call Centre, retail, reception)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Can work as part of a team
- Clear Police Check
- Full time working rights
- This position will be working from home and requires the contractors to have a strong internet connection at home.
Full training will be provided.
